Run the full protocol for 60 days. If your focus isn't noticeably better, one email gets you a full refund — no return shipping, no interrogation. Here's exactly how it works.

The short version: You have 60 days from delivery of your first order to request a full refund of the product price if you're not satisfied. Because medications can't be resold once they leave the pharmacy, you usually don't need to ship anything back. Email billing@semax.clinic to start.

1. The 60-day money-back guarantee

We want you to judge Semax on results, not promises. If you complete your protocol and don't notice a meaningful difference within 60 days of your first order's delivery date, contact us for a full refund of the product price you paid. The guarantee applies to your first order of the Semax starter program.

2. What's covered

  • First-order satisfaction refunds within the 60-day window, as described above.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — if your order arrives damaged, fails a cold-chain check, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
  • Lost or undelivered shipments confirmed as lost in transit.

3. Why opened medications can't be physically returned

For your safety and everyone else's, prescription and compounded medications cannot be returned to inventory or reused once they have shipped — this is standard pharmacy practice and, in many cases, a legal requirement. That's the good news for you: in most cases you don't need to mail anything back to receive your guarantee refund. We may ask you to safely dispose of any remaining product and, in some cases, confirm disposal.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@semax.clinic from the address on your account, or use the contact options on our Contact page.
  2. Include your order number and a brief note that you'd like to use the guarantee. You don't need to justify it.
  3. We'll confirm your eligibility and process the refund — typically within 3–5 business days of approval.
  4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 5–10 business days to appear.

5. Subscriptions, renewals & cancellation

The starter program is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. To avoid a future charge, pause or cancel before your next billing date in your account or by emailing billing@semax.clinic. The 60-day guarantee applies to your first order; subsequent renewal orders are generally non-refundable once shipped, except where the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or where required by law. If a renewal ships before you intended to cancel, contact us promptly — we'll work with you in good faith.

6. Exclusions

  • Refund requests made after the 60-day window on a first order.
  • Renewal/subscription orders beyond the first order, except as noted above.
  • Orders flagged for fraud or abuse of the guarantee (e.g., repeated refunds across accounts).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable where separately charged, except for our error.

7. Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, email billing@semax.clinic within 7 days with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Shipping Policy for cold-chain handling details.

8. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived by law.
